The Central Committee of Utkal Sammillani celebrated the 86th Utkal Divas within the State capital by holding public conferences and garlanding the statues of founding fathers of recent Odisha Utkal Gourav Madhusudan Das, Krushna Chandra Gajapati Narayan Dev, Utkalmani Gopabandhu Das, Bamada Raja Basudev Sudhal Deo and founding president of Utkal Sammilani Ramachandra Bhanja Deo.
Recalling the wealthy contributions made by the founding leaders, the friends on the assembly appealed the individuals to hitch the marketing campaign for fixing the longstanding border disputes with the neighbouring States.
