Richard Sams, PhD, Joins Cannabis Science and Technology®’s EAB

Dr. Richard Sams earned his Bachelor of Science diploma in pharmacy and a Physician of Philosophy diploma in pharmaceutics from Ohio State College. After his time working as a analysis scientist at Ciba-Geigy Prescription drugs in Suffern, New York, he served as a college member within the Faculties of Veterinary Drugs and Pharmacy at OSU. There, he specialised in veterinary pharmacology and directed the testing and analysis actions of the Analytical Toxicology Laboratory, which is the official testing laboratory of the Ohio State Racing Fee. In 2001, Sams turned a scientific guide to the Racing Treatment and Testing Consortium and have become a member of its Scientific Advisory Committee.

From 2006–2010 Sams served as a professor within the School of Veterinary Drugs on the College of Florida the place he was accountable for educating veterinary medical pharmacology and directing the Florida Racing Laboratory, the official testing laboratory of the Florida Division of Enterprise Regulation Division of Racing. After his time on the College of Florida, Sams turned the director of the HFL Sport Science Laboratory in Lexington, Kentucky. Since 2019, Sams has held the position of the scientific director of KCA Laboratories, a hashish testing and analysis laboratory situated in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
