Manchester City suffers from a slump in form, as the team continues their losing streak this month. However, Pep Guardiola backed Erling Haaland, talking about his contributions to the team, and says he expects his comeback in form soon.

Erling Haaland has not been able to perform well for Manchester City in their last few games, but the team’s manager Pep Guardiola backed him in the recent interviews and said that he expects his comeback sooner. Haaland’s performance this season has not been up to the mark, as the star striker has scored just once in the four games he played.

Manchester City is also suffering from a slump in form, which has been the worst in the past few years. The team has lost their last five games consecutively and has also not secured any wins this month. Due to this reason, the team stands at the 8th spot in the English Premier League and the 10th spot in the UEFA Champions League.

Erling Haaland has faced a lot of questions from the fans and experts regarding his recent form, which many say is the reason behind City’s performances. He has only scored one goal in his last four games, which came in the match against Brighton. Unfortunately, the team also lost this game by 2-1.

Their manager, Pep Guardiola, refused to put all the blame for their losses on Erling Haaland. He said that the team’s performance would’ve been even worse if Haaland was not a part of the playing 11.
