Odisha Authorities and the United Nations World Meals Programme (UN WFP) have joined arms to enhance family meals and dietary safety by strengthening the livelihood initiatives and reaching the hundreds of state-supported Ladies’s Self-Assist Teams (WSHGs).
In accordance with Bishow Parajuli, WFP Nation Director in India, the partnership for attaining dietary safety in Odisha targeted on the livelihood, empowerment, and incomes of girls.
He added that such targeted initiatives are vital to handle and scale back the vulnerabilities round meals safety as highlighted by the Coronavirus pandemic.
