The UEFA Europa League action continues today as Manchester United will be going against Bodo/Glimt. Talking about the game, the new boss of Manchester United, Ruben Amorim said that Marcus Rashford is ready to make his comeback in the best form he had.
He also said that Rashford is currently being urged to show his desire, as he was able to score his first goal under Ruben Amorim’s leadership, getting the first one against Ipswich Town. However, he has struggled a lot while performing for the team in the role of number nine.
Marcus Rashford has scored 19 goals for the team this season, which is far better as compared to the 8 goals he scored in the previous season. Ruben Amorim was asked about the performance of Marcus Rashford and how he could return to his best form, to which he said,“He has to be the first to truly want it. We have to find the best solution for him.”
This further displays that Marcus Rashford might be having a change in his position and it could help him to regain his best performance, which he displayed approximately 1.5 years ago.
