Looloo Technology encourages Thai parents to get the right advice, not just any advice through latest campaign via TJT Creative Lab Bangkok

| | No Comments

Looloo Technology, a leading AI technology company, has unveiled Thailand’s first telemedicine app dedicated to pediatric care: Mor Koo Kids. The app provides parents instant access to over 100 pediatric nurses and specialists from Thailand’s top hospitals and clinics, making it an indispensable tool for modern Thai parents seeking reliable health advice.

To introduce Mor Koo Kids, Looloo Technology appointed TJT Creative Lab to create a launch campaign for the app. The “Better Ask Mor Koo Kids” campaign is a humorous initiative to shift parents’ reliance on non-expert sources for parenting advice.

Drawing on cultural insights, such as parenting myths and beliefs in shamanism, the campaign cheekily exaggerates the challenges parents face by humorously depicting the confusion that arises when they seek advice from non-experts.

“We wanted to create a campaign that doesn’t just promote the app but also humanizes the technology, making it feel relatable and approachable to Thai people,” said Apiwat Pattalarungkan, the ECD of TJT Creative Lab.“ ‘Better Ask Mor Koo Kids’ successfully delivered on our intention, and we are excited about the response we have received so far.”

“We love how the idea takes real-life frustrations and turns them into comedy, allowing parents to laugh at the absurdity of it all,” said Thammanit Pipatsrisawat, CEO of Looloo Technology. “We want Mor Koo Kids to be a trusted partner for parents—not just another authoritative voice. This campaign set the mood and tone perfectly.”

The campaign’s commercial airs across various social media platforms, including those owned by Looloo Technology and their hospital partners, targeting parents of young children.
