Despite losing the toss and being compelled to field first under the scorching heat of Dubai, Indian bowlers did the hard yards and yielded positive results. However, bowling requires additional support from the fielders as well and a few of the Indian players left their toil in vain with a casual approach. Arundhati Reddy tasted a similar feeling despite India forging a couple of wickets inside the powerplay with Asha Sobhana making a mess out of an easy caught-out chance.
The second ball of the seventh over was a fuller one from over the wicket by Reddy that Muneeba Ali shuffled across the line for an unorthodox approach. The batter mistimed the ramp attempt straight to the hands of short third man fielder where Sobhana dropped a dolly. The ball slipped through the palms of the Puducherry-based spinner, allowing Muneeba to breathe free. As any bowler would feel, Reddy was utterly dejected with the casual approach and the Twitterverse questioned India’s intent in learning from past mistakes.

Again and again
Asha Sobhana did it again, she should be thrown out of Indian team with immediate. If you can’t take such dollies then you simply don’t deserve to represent nation of 1.5 billion.
There was even a caught & bowled chance which she couldn’t hold.
