Despite the weather turning gloomy at the start of the fourth day’s action, new batter Rishabh Pant and overnight batter Sarfaraz Khan ensured no hiccups in the Indian batting order. A dot ball followed before the Delhi-based batter punished a slot delivery outside the stumps, over long on for a gigantic six. Subsequently, a couple of reviews from either team followed with either edge rescuing Pant from a potential lbw. Despite the survivals, Pant seemed unbothered and smacked a mistimed stroke that fell slightly short of Rachin Ravindra sliding from long on for a four.
