Bolangir: Congress MLA Santosh Singh Saluja on Wednesday lashed out on the Odisha authorities over alleged a number of issues at Kantabanji Group Well being Centre (CHC) in Bolangir district.

Saluja additionally accused Bolangir Chief District Medical Officer (CDMO) of negligence in discharging his obligation.
