The Opposition BJP unit in Odisha has sought intervention of Governor Ganeshi Lal over the inordinate delay in conducting elections to city native our bodies within the State.
Senior BJP spokesman Pitambar Acharya has requested Odisha Governor Ganeshi Lal to summon State Election Commissioner (SEC) and search an evidence for subverting the constitutional mandate by deferring the City Native Physique polls within the State for 3 years.

The BJP chief lambasted the State’s prime electoral physique over the inordinate delay in conducting municipal elections within the State.
