In a tweet, Odisha State Catastrophe Administration Authority managing director Pradeep Jena mentioned he has requested the police chief to assessment the SOPs. ODRAF members are drawn from the Odisha Police.
“No outsider, civilian or media ought to be a part of any rescue mission,” Jena tweeted.
