The visitors added only twelve runs in the next three overs, leading to Surya’s downfall for 47. Hardik’s struggling eleven off 17 balls concluded in the next over, curtailing the equation to 63 required off the last couple of overs. Mitchell Santner and Naman Dhir’s cameos at the last moment weren’t enough for the uphill task as MI fell short by 36 runs.
