In videos NBC News obtained through a public records request, three women detail their allegations that they were raped and sexually assaulted by luxury real estate star Oren Alexander and his twin brother, Alon.

The women gave their statements to Miami Beach police last fall, shortly before the men were arrested, according to the time stamp on the video. Local law enforcement blurred the women’s faces in the video as they recounted the allegations of sexual assault.

The nine hours of video obtained from the Miami-Dade state attorney’s office also include body camera video from the men’s arrests tied to state and federal cases in South Florida and New York.

State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle filed felony sexual battery charges in December against the twins and Ohad Fisherman in three incidents involving three different women. Oren is charged in incidents alleged to have happened in 2016, 2017 and 2021, while Alon and Fisherman were charged in an alleged 2016 incident.

The twins and their older brother, Tal Alexander, 38, were also federally charged in New York and accused of drugging and raping “dozens of victims” as part of a sex trafficking scheme that took place over several years, federal prosecutors said.

Oren and Alon Alexander have pleaded not guilty to the Florida charges. The three Alexander brothers have not entered pleas in the federal case; however, their attorneys have denied the charges.

Online records do not indicate whether Fisherman has entered a plea in the Florida case, and an attorney representing him did not respond to a request for comment.

In a statement Thursday, lawyers for the Alexander brothers rejected the allegations the women made in the police videos.

“It’s apparent how foolish and unbelievable these stories are. We have actual evidence that will discredit this at trial,” attorneys Edward O’Donnell IV and Joel Denaro said in a joint statement to NBC News, adding that the women’s statements came years after the alleged incidents.

In the video statements to police, one woman said that in 2016, Alon invited her to his Miami condo for a barbecue but that when she arrived, only he, Oren and Fisherman were at the home. She alleged that Fisherman pinned her down on the bed while the twins decided who would rape her first. “Do you want to go first? Do you want to go first?” the woman said the brothers asked one another.

“I was crying, and I know the whole time I was asking them not to do it. I was just like, please no, please no,” the woman said in the recorded statement. Afterward, the brothers told the woman to shower and not to tell anyone about the encounter, she said.

“I was scared for my life, just because of what I just experienced, and not only the rape but just, like, how they were,” the woman said. “They just had this weird presence about them … very demonic. It was just very, very, very scary.”

Another woman told police in a recorded statement that in 2017, Oren invited her to his residence, where she had a glass of wine and was later guided to a bedroom by Oren. In the hourlong statement, she told police she began to feel “weird” and did not “have the strength” to “push” Oren off her and that she was raped.

“I wanted to be in control of my body, and I don’t know what was happening,” she told detectives. “I just feel like my body was kind of, like, not reacting.”

A third woman said in a recorded statement to police that in 2021, Oren sexually assaulted her after he invited her and a group of people to his home.

“I start pulling away, and as I am pulling away, he starts to get more aggressive, kissing me more, holding me firmly. He ripped the top of my dress off,” she said in the video. “He pushed me onto his bed, and I laid there stiff, like in shock, and he got on top of me and locked me down with his knees.”

Oren, Alon and Tal Alexander’s attorneys in the federal cases did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The brothers remain in federal custody pending trial.
