BERHAMPUR: Ganjam is ready to witness an unprecedented congregation as 108 legislators will converge within the district to see for themselves the Excessive Faculty Transformation programme of Odisha authorities that marks its launch on Saturday from the house turf of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
